About US

Creating a Generation of Youthful Enterprenuers

Our Vision

To be a foundation of empowering the youth with practical life skills they can use to benefit themselves and Uganda at large

Our Mission

To develop youthful programmers designed to improve the social, economic, health and technological welfare in the community

Why The Youth

Empowering the youth is a very foundamental tool for safeguarding the future of humanity. We do believe the youth are the pillars of tomorrow

Our Background

Empowering the youth is a very foundamental tool for safeguarding the future of humanity. It is the youth who take over when the current human representatives hand over office and responsibilities in any given country across the World. It is a very fundamental call to inspire, guide, mentor and equip the youth. The Strategic Youth Employment Network is a registered CBO wCbo/19/3412 in Wakiso District, Uganda with virtues of being a non profit, non Governmental, non racism, non political nor a non religious affiliated organization.

Lets Equip The Youth Together

Namakula Joan

Tailor

“This is a great organization with extreme transparency. The instructors are calm, understanding and break down all the concepts to the simplest form. Without SYEN.org, I wouldn't have become a successful tailor with multiple uniform contracts today”

Mugisha Mark

Baker

“Opportunities are too scarce and SYEN.org was a factor that turned the locked doors for me. Without this organization, I wouldnot be a baker. The debt is mine because I make between 1.5 - 4 million on cakes especially on wedding orders and large functions.”

Ssentamu Paul

Welder

“My dream was to become a welder but could not afford the tution from various institutions across Uganda. In 2019, I attended a 2 month training from SYEN.org at a cheaper price ! Today I make between 10 - 25 million UGX per month on welded gates, doors etc.”
